With 40 years experience in the West End and beyond, ANNA-JANE CASEY is wowing audiences with her new cabarets, catered for corporate and cruise ship entertainment. She began her career at the age of 16 in the West End production of CATS and has recently starred alongside Sir Ian McKellen in MOTHER GOOSE.
Her other credits include, GREASE, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, CHILDREN OF EDEN, STARLIGHT EXPRESS, OUT OF THE BLUE and MY ONE AND ONLY with Adam Cooper.
She has played Anita in the award winning 40th anniversary production of WEST SIDE STORY, Velma Kelly in CHICAGO, Charity Hope Valentine in SWEET CHARITY, Edith Piaf in PIAF, Mabel Normand in MACK AND MABEL, for which she won the TMA award for Best Performance in a Musical, Dot in SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE, Lady of the Lake in SPAMALOT, Mrs Wilkinson in BILLY ELLIOT, Annie Oakley in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, Mavis in STEPPING OUT, Annie in CALENDAR GIRLS, Mrs Burke in GIRL FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY as well as leading roles in FLOWERS FOR MRS HARRIS, COMEDY OF ERRORS, FORBIDDEN BROADWAY and JERRY’S GIRLS.
She originated the role of Fraulein Kost in the multi-award winning production of CABARET at THE KITKAT CLUB with Eddie Redmayne and Jessie Buckley and has appeared in many television shows such as SILENT WITNESS, HOLBY CITY, THE FULL MONTY and FAMILY GUY.
She regularly appears as lead soloist with the leading orchestra’s of the UK and Europe including the ROYAL PHILHARMONIC, Manchester’s HALLE orchestra, BIRMINGHAM SYMPHONY, THE JOHN WILSON ORCHESTRA, TEATRO MASSIMO ORCHESTRA of Palermo, NATIONAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA of Ireland and the BBC CONCERT
orchestra.
